🌟🧹 WSF Clean-Up Days – Volunteers Needed! 🧹🌟
Help us get the Wyoming State Fairgrounds looking its best for a busy summer of events!
📅 Clean-Up Dates:
• June 13
• July 25
• August 1
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🍴 Lunch provided at noon!
Come be part of making the fairgrounds beautiful, welcoming, and event-ready for the Wyoming State Fair and all the great things happening this summer.
It takes all of us—whether it’s events, volunteering, or community clean-up efforts—to keep Douglas thriving. 💛

🎉 Cowboy Crusher 2026! 🎉
Be part of the action at the Cowboy Crusher on July 11th!
Volunteers will meet about 26 miles from Douglas at the Windy Ridge & Boxelder Road junction to help keep cyclists going strong.
We’re looking for help with:
✔️ Running aid & hydration stations
✔️ Cheering on riders along the course
✔️ Supporting an unforgettable outdoor event
🕖 Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (can volunteer in shifts or all day)
🌄 Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and a great day supporting these incredible athletes!

The Wyoming State Fair Foundation Wranglers are looking for volunteers to help make the 2026 Wyoming State Fair a success during Fair Week, August 9–15!
From welcoming guests and assisting with events to supporting activities throughout the week, volunteers play a huge role in creating a fun and memorable experience for our community and visitors from across Wyoming.

Central Wyoming Hospice
Central Wyoming Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to support individuals and families on their end-of-life journey. We provide Hospice and Transitions services, along with grief care for the entire community. Volunteer opportunities include Administrative Assistance, Senior Support, Hospice Home Greeter, and Kitchen Help. Onsite training is provided for volunteers ages 16 and up.
